Early Access Care implements best-in-class written procedures and policies to drive our high standards, provide effective guidance to colleagues, and help prevent non-compliance.
Our policies and procedures set our company’s ethical norms, and reduce risks identified in risk assessment processes. We strive for clear, comprehensive procedures, work instructions, and policies through our Manual of Policies and Procedures (MAPP). Our MAPP are readily accessible for all colleagues and our training program is robustly managed. Our Learning and Management System provides colleague training beyond procedures, extending to timely relevant topics, such as Privacy.
